We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States. We use UPS and USPS to ship our products from New York.
Processing Time
*All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business day.
*You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Delivery Time
Our free shipping usually takes 1-5 business days to reach you. It depends on where you are. We ship from New York.
Express Delivery
*If you want us to ship an order via express delivery, you can select express shipping at checkout. There is a $25 express flat fee.
*Please note that express shipping costs are not refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact return@houx.nyc regarding returns and exchanges with your order number. Please note the return timeframes stated below.
Return policy
*Returns are eligible for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of the customer receiving the merchandise, if the returned merchandise is unused and in its original condition.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
*We will pay the return shipping costs only if the reason for the return is an error on our part.
*You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process a refund request (5 to 10 business days).
